Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the type of items you are purchasing, weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location.

Design Services & Consulting:

  • Design services and assets are delivered electronically, and do not require shipping.

Original Fine Art & Prints:

  • Original paintings and hand-pulled monoprints: Shipping is calculated at checkout using USPS carrier rates plus a $5.00 fee for specialized packaging and handling that will keep your artwork safe in transit.
  • Giclée archival reproduction posters & prints ONLY: Flat rate of $11.95 via economy shipping. Your order will ship flat, with each giclée print placed on acid-free foamcore inside a protective sleeve, and safely packaged to prevent damage.

Important Weight-Specific Considerations: Larger paintings, framed works, and multi-item orders may incur higher shipping costs due to size and weight. We recommend contacting us before purchase for a shipping estimate on substantial pieces.

Delivery Timing

  • Standard USPS shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after order processing
  • Economy shipping (giclée ONLY): Typically 5-10 business days after order processing
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. For custom orders such as giclée prints and photography, shipping time begins following the required production time (typically 5-8 business days).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Local Pickup

Wilton, CT Pickup Available: Select items may be available for local pickup at our Wilton, Connecticut location. Please contact us prior to purchase to arrange pickup details and confirm item availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and original nature of our fine art and design work, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items shipped

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laradesignsolutions.com with photographic documentation. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
